Who Subs is a good fit for, and who it isn't
Subs may suit you if
- You want to pair free videos with a paid profile behind them (Subs' "Shows" feature).
- You are fine with a 20% platform fee and keeping 80% of what fans pay.
- You create safe-for-work or adult content and will follow Subs' content rules.
- You are comfortable with a web app instead of a phone app store app.
- You want discovery tools like an Explore feed on top of your own promotion.
Think twice if
- You need a guaranteed income. Subs promises no earnings to anyone.
- You plan to post sexually explicit content in public, follower or subscriber feed posts, which is not allowed.
- You want to take payments through an outside payment processor for Subs content, which is not allowed.
- You expect your audience to follow you instantly. Subs launched in May 2025 and is newer than OnlyFans.
- You would rather wait until a platform has a longer track record.
